Recent Changes For 1 Year Extension Of Non B For Wp

The 1 year extension of my Non B visa will be up for renewal soon.

Based on extending it with a WP, have there been any significant changes in the past 12 months regarding applying for another 1 year extension?

The usual pain in the ass stuff, like for example having to provide photos of all employees in their place of work doing their job was the last one I remember.

Will I have to supply these photos every year, and do I need new photos or can I use the same ones I used last year?

Last year I asked at immigration well in advance and they gave me a list of items needed for the application.

Of course when I went in with it all the items (one month later) they automatically gave me the same list but with some amendments - including the employee photo requirement.
