Applying For Language School While On Overstay?

Hi,

a friend of mine is on about 60 days overstay now and wants to apply for an ED Visa through a language school.

As soon as he got the papers from the language school he will leave the county and obtain his ED Visa.

Can he just do it like that or will the language school realize that he is on overstay and report him?

Please advice.

He will not be allowed to leave until payment for overstay is made in any case. Am sure the school will be more interested in getting there money than in reporting him for overstay.

he just need to pay the 20000tbh fine at the border/airport then he is free to do whatever :)

School has nothing to do with overstay and will not report him.

School is school overstay is immigration.
