Cheap Quad-band Phone?

Featured Replies

Need a secondary phone. Can anyone recommend a cheap GSM, the kind you don't get too upset if you lose it?

Cost under 2,000 baht.

thanks

nokia,go to A shoppong mall,bought A phone,sim card,and charger for 1000 baht

a quad band phone seems to imply that the phone can be used worldwide....

simply going to a mall and buy a phone, sim and charger most probably just won't work, thrilled....

poster needs as mentioned a quar band costing under 2k ฿

a motorola v3i would be poster's ultimate dream.... but then to bring that dream to reality will probably cost some 7k ฿ ....

there is quite a disparity between dream and reality....

not advertising for moto v3i .... but since i have two for two different sims.... they are sleek and snappy bringing response time within 1 or 2 sec....

my daughter has a samsung at around 16,000 ฿.... it looks striking enough.... but it will take some 3 or 4 key strokes to get to a function.... ways too slow for my taste.... :D:)

If there are still some available, the original Motorola V3 Razr is a quad band that should be cheap. It's GSM not EDGE, has a not so great a camera, but that should also make it a very cheap phone to buy used. Also accessories are pretty easy to find.
