I would say that both are correct, but I have been humbled by other responses on the site before, so let's see what others say.

บัตรหักบัญชี is very rare -- บัตรเดบิต is the common term. บัตรเครดิต is correct.

Both of these are distinguished from บัตรเอทีเอ็ม, which is just an ATM card (obviously).
