Some Redecoration Work In Appartment

Hi,

sorry but I don't write English fluently, I' am French.

I bought a little appartment in center of Chiang Mai last November but I had to go back to France immediatley after. I will come back for one month, arriving next Friday. The appartment needs some work inside (move a separation wall between main room and the bedrooms, renew one shower room, modify the second shower room as a small kitchen...). Small things I could do by myself in France (I did a lot more!) but in Thailand... it is an another story I presume. So I' am in search of contacts of contractor that could do the job during my stay in Chiang Mai.

If you have any idéa, advice, contact, please give me a responds.

Thank very much for your help.

I had some work done by Capo Thai and was satisfied with their work. They are more pricey than probably most but they were good. You can find their ad in most English magazines like CityLife.

There is a local man named Mohamed Jesr who speaks fluent french and has done many condos for many foreigners I know. His work is really good. His number is 01-9937900.

Mad Dog bar (Moon Muang opposite DK Books, other side of the moat) just had some redecorating done and the boss there seemed very happy with the work.

Might be worth popping in there to ask him - good excuse for a beer and a pizza too!
