Two Single Entry B Visa In A Year

Recommended Posts

hello all

I entered thailand on a single entry B visa less then 3 months ago. The visa papers were issued by a friends thai company. His company has around 20 thai employees and 3 work permits. He called me for business negotiations and the thai embassy issued me the B visa.

Unfortunately for Indians...they can only apply in Delhi....Now the trouble is that I have started the process for registering my company...but I can only get work permit next month. By that time my B visa would expire.

Now I am again going back to India get another B visa...single entry atleast..again with my friends company's papers.

I have heard that 2 B visas in same years without WP are very difficult. Is that the case??

If yes what can I do to improve my chances of getting that B visa?

Will a conversion of tourist be possible??? - on the basis of a 2 million baht registered cap company at a later stage.

I plan to start a legit business...and hire some thais...atleast..

But this visa seems like a big problem

any suggestions would be most helpful

regards

in love wih los

i am in thailand, currently on my second non-imm B single entry visa.

I was in Phuket and applied for work permit, via a company there, but I ended the relationship after approx 3 months, BEFORE i got my WP, and visa extension. So, in BKK, I got a letter from another company, to intend work there, so I got a new non imm B single entry visa, in Singapore. 3 months.

so yes its possible. I dont know how many times I can do that, and I m not gonna try it out, and I dont know what kind of rules they have, or what they would do If I applied again, after another 3 months approx.

Possible yes.
