Bluetooth Headsets

Featured Replies

I am trying to try some stuff at home to make it easier to talk on the Internet.

Is is possible to use the Bluetooth headset paired with your PC for Audio applications like Yahoo, MSN, Skype etc ?

Has anyone had any success ?

I would like to hear any feedback before I go and buy one.

Thanks for any replies.

I got a bluetooth headset yesterday for my Nokia phone, cost 4 grand, works ok within around 8 metres, look a bit of a plonker wearing it out and about though!

These things 'aint cheap :D

Assuming your PC has BlueTooth you will be able to use any compatible headset with Skype. You need to tell Skype to use the Bluetooth device for its audio (in the setup somewhere).

Anyone know where the name "BlueTooth" came from?? Sounds like something a dentist would treat :o
