I am about to go up to mae hong Son for a new returement extension My 5th, In the past sometimes they needed medical report and sometimes not. What is the situation now? Yes or No??

At Mae Hong Son, no idea, but not required at Pathum Thani for a retirement extension, wasn't required at Ayuttaya either, last year, or for lots of years at Suan Plu. Indeed, I've never done one for Immigration.

Medical not required for extension, only for Visa

Officially a medical certificate has not been needed for years.

However one or two Immigration Offices are a bit slow on the uptake.
