seeking a one month rental for cheap in or close to Hua Hin. something near 4000 Baht. location is not important. a bed is. does this exist in the area? any suggestions where to look?

Mate, cheapest thing you'll find is 8,000-10,000 for a studio with no kitchen. Can't remember the name of the building/condo. If by any chance you do find something for less, come back to share your findings!

4K doesn't exist if you are falang. Its a well-off tourist town not a backpacker ghetto. Condochain for 8-10K is about it unless you are Thai or have a Thai GF. And do you really want to spend a month in a Thai-style room?
