Re-Entry After Visa Expiration

Featured Replies

hello!

i've been in thailand for just about 9 months so far on a multiple entry tourist visa with 3 entries.. each entry has been for 60 days, which i've extended to 90 in each instance, making about 270 days total. this visa will be expiring soon, and i am wondering: if i leave now (after expiry) and re-enter thailand shortly after without a visa, for how long will i be entitled to stay? will i even be allowed to enter without a visa? i would be arriving with proof of onward transit for a few days later. please let me know if you have the answers!

thank you!

Providing you are of a Nationality entitled to get Visa Exempt Entries you will get 15 days if arriving by land and 30 days by air

30 days if entering at an airport, 15 days if by land border crossing is the normal visa exempt entry period.
