kuffki
Thai air gets run like a government agency, rife with corruption and perks. Executives get tea money, donations have to be made for job consideration, much like positions within ministries. Thai air continues to run at a loss, year in and year out. Yet, when in financial dire straights, the government bails it out. Time to get some real business people in to run it, not someone who paid for their position with limited education. So you mean contract management out to another country like Singapore or another successful airline? Because any Thai executive brought in will learn very fast how to be corrupt and back to where it started
jayjay0
Am vacationing in Bali. I flew with Singapore air. From Chiang Mai it was 500 Baht cheaper than Air Asia. While the savings might not have been that great the service was outstanding. A free meal on each leg of the journey and 20 kilo bag limit as compared to 15 on Air Asia.
