PATTAYA: -- In the early hours of Tuesday Morning, Pattaya Police were informed of a theft of aluminum door frames from a road close to Pattaya City Hall in North Pattaya. The suspected thief was known to have taken off with his loot and Police were able to apprehend the suspect at the Central Pattaya Road intersection with the Sukumvit Road. The frames were placed on a side car attached to his motorbike. Khun Gaewprasit aged 32 was taken to Pattaya Police Station and confirmed that he had placed a bet with his friend on the outcome of a FIFA World Cup match.
