Thanks Luca, I should be able to follow that recipe. Am I correct in thinking the bottles were nam pla, soy sauce and cooking oil?

the 6th = soya sauce (sauce tau leung)

the 7th=oyster sauce (num mun hoy)

the 8th=oil (num mun)

the 9th =fish sauce (num pla)

I forgot to say: read the comments clicking on pics. They are in Italian but the ingredients are in English too.

And, it's my thai girlfriend cooking, not me :o

She says this is a simple version for beginners, you can be flexible on ingredients, according to taste.
