I am in the process off applying for a EEA family permit so my wife can come back to the UK with me. I have had my Irish passport 4 years(got it through the Irish consulate in Bangkok)but I have never used it,so all my yearly visas and extension stamps (evidence that I have been in Thailand for the last 7 years)are in my UK passport.what I need to no is will the V.A.C. allow photocopies of all my stamps from UK passport whilst I am applying for EEA permit with a unused Irish passport .

Explain in a covering letter that you are a dual British/Irish national and that you have used your British passport for entering/leaving Thailand, Thai visas etc.

BTW, the VAC is merely a handling centre. They collect applications and forward them to the embassy where decisions are made by the Entry Clearance Officers. It is not up to the VAC to allow or disallow anything.

Lemsip, I have deleted your post asking about internet bank statements as you have asked the same question in a new topic.
