Doctors Surgery

Featured Replies

I need to speak to a Dr and was wondering how I go about this. In the UK I would go to A G.P. surgery but I have not seen any here. Do I just rock up at the hospital and ask to see someone who speaks English? Any advice on the best place to go would be appreciated.

Thailand has many clinics and hospitals. Choose a specilized one or go to a hospital. Private hospitals tend to be more expensive but they also tend to speak better English there.

You can just go and visit and register at a hospital with your passport. They will ask you what the problem is and send you to the right doctor.

Try going to Bumrungrad web site. Go to "Find Doctor" then pick the speciality that you need. Then read through each of the Dr.'s CV's and find the one like the best. Once you have narrowed it down to a Doctor you can even request an estimate of cost of the procedure.

Good Luck
