90 Day Reporting Change After Re-Entry

Featured Replies

My latset date for a 90 day report is 7th July however I visited the UK on a re-entry permit in June and now have a stamp giving 17th July

Does that mean I have to go for my 90 day report on the original date ie 7th July or on the new date ie 17th July

Cheers

You have to report after 90 days continuous stay in the Country.

The 90 days start on the day you entered in June.

I do not understand when you say when you say that you have a stamp until July 17th.

If you are on an extension of stay and have a Re Entry Permit you would have been stamped until the end of your extension date.

Please clarify.

You should not have any such date. 90 days counts from entry with day of entry day number 1. So if you entered in June you would report in September.

Can you check exactly what the "July 17" stamp is on and what it says?

Thanks for the great quick replies

My visa does run out on 17th so I understand the date

So presumably I can renew my visa before the 17th and not have to report on the 7th

So 17 July is your old and new permitted to stay until date. Which has nothing to do with 90 day reporting. You do not need to report on 7 July but if you obtain an extension of stay and don't leave the country again you will need to report 90 days after your June return.
