huh! I'll give them 0 for lighting. Our street lights work 2 weeks , don't work 6 or 7 weeks, work 1 week, don't work 6 -7 weeks. We have complained, the neighbours have complained but nothing helps. As there is no footpath and it is a very busy road, I have now bought a powerful LED torch and shine at the traffic. I have cars stop and ask me what's wrong, so I tell them I am afraid of being hit. -

I meant that it´s obvious he don´t have any money, as he is living as a homeless. So, probably gives all his pension to his wife to handle.
