Any expert pls advice the validity of a 1-yr visa - If i go get a 1-yr visa today, wht will be the last day i need to enter the kingdom before the visa is no longer valid?

I actually met someone who said "could get a way" to give me 1-yr visa but i have to settle the 90days reporting myself while in Thai later. Is this the 1-yr visa same as a student/wroking visa? I am quite naive in this matter.

I am asking abt the visa validity becoz I would like to catch up this person before he changes his mind.... (not travelling now but keep that visa 1st...)

What you tell seems illegal. A visa can only be gotten from a consulate or an embassy. A fake visa can end you in jail.
