The OP doesn't seem to intimate this. Some people like to buy from an actual butcher's shop rather than a supermarket. Tesco/Lotus seems to have crappy meat generally.

I tend to agree here, ( "Share Your Favorite Restaurants In Samui & All Food Related") Topic. And in Makro one can only buy Imported Meat in larger quantities.

I too would like some info regarding where to buy great Burgers and Steak to cook at home.
