Yes, it looks like A Indian Ringneck but this one don't have the ring around the neck.

Alexandrine Parakeet; you can tell by the red on the wing. Looks like a female or a young bird. Not at all common in Thailand now, due to trapping for cagebirds.

Yes, I think you are right. I made a search on Alexandrine Parakeet and found some photos. Looks same like mine but mine don't have the ring around the neck.

Commonly referred to as a "Thai Parrot" not legal to sell in Thailand but legal to own if banded as hatched in captivity, can be quite noisy good talker but if not hand raised has a bite like it was crossed with a crocodile.
