Dependent Visa

Featured Replies

Hey there I am looking for a little info on what type of visa is best for me. I am from Canada age 46 I have been living in and out of Thailand for 10 months now on the 30 stamps and wish to live here. I have a baby coming soon. I work out of country. Coming in and out every 28 days. any and all help would be great thank you

Is the mother of the baby a Thai national or not?

If not, you don't seem to qualify for a visa till you are 50 and in that case a good option would be an Educational visa. You don't have to study Thai language, but can also study something else. As long as the school is recognized and you study at least 4 hours a week on average.

Once the Thai Child arrives a Multi Entry Non Imm O Visa would give you unlimited entries for a year.

For all we know the poster is the mother. Insufficient information.

Good point, my question should be if the other parent is a Thai national or not.
