Putting together the application god its stressful, next time keep a diary would make it easier... hopefully there wont be another time!!

Is it a idea to put a CD-rom in with the application of photos or will they not accept this - is it only paperwork they accept?

Unfortunately, unless things have changed recently, they are not yet in the digital age; CD-Roms are unacceptable, paper evidence only. You'll have to print them out I'm afraid.
