A baker's "peel" is the wood or aluminum flat shovel-like device used to slide pizza, bread, etc. in an out of the oven. Can get them from multiple baker supply shop in the USA but no idea where to look in the LOS. Yes, can order from USA (they cost about US$20-40 depending on size) but would like to see if can find here.

There must be something similar here, judging by the number of pizza joints around the nation?
