In Regards To Happy Prepaid Card

Featured Replies

Hi i topped up my happy prepaid card while i was in bangkok in june and i will not be back to thailand till august. How do i activate the sim card when i am back in thailand in august?

When i was back in june, the sim card need activation cause the last time i used it was in march. But i dont know how to do it so i got a 7-11 guy to call the happy customer service and he gave me a number to dial to reactivate the card. any one knows whats the code to key in?

Thanks!

I don't know about codes, but I just stopped at the DTAC counter at the airport and they reactivated it right there.

thanks for your reply however i am passing the sim card to my bf and hes going there for army reservice therefore he won't have the chance to reactivate it through the counter. any one else who has any idea?

When I top up my DTac sim I get an SMS from 'Happy' saying my balance is valid for 12 months.

When I go back to Australia I don't use the sim for 3 months and when I get back to LOS I just put it in the phone and it works, no reactivation required.

Same for me. I can leave Thailand for 6 months, come back and my DTAC SIM still works and is still in credit.

When I first got the SIM card my credit used to expire really quickly. Then I went to a DTAC counter, talked to them about it, and they changed the tariff I am on. Since then - no problem.

However, I believe that calls cost more on this tariff than the one I had originally.
