jackspratt
I am trying to get a USB Wireless Edge Modem (v1.0.8, purchased in Thailand) going for a friend. He doesn't have other internet access, living in the sticks. The computer is brand new, with W7 x64 Ultimate - which I suspect may be the problem. After plugging the dongle into the USB, some software seemed to have loaded, but an error message appeared "Reference Design Dragonfly Platform - no driver found". I have googled extensively, to no avail - other than perhaps the OS being the problem. Any suggestions/help appreciated. richardt1808
It's a safe bet that it is either a W7 driver issue, or, could be that the modem doesnt support 64bit. Did you goodle the manufacturer website and check for 64bit support ?
