I wondered if someone could clarify some answers for me.

Currently i have a non b visa that was made in Philippines and a Thai work permit that my current company got for me using my non b from Phili and obviously all their relevant paperwork.

I'm in the process of changing jobs and my current company will cancel my WP, does this also mean that my non b is canceled?

No. You can continue to use the Visa.

If it was an extension of stay from Immigration you would have to leave the country on the day your employment ended.

Your Non "B" visa will not be canceled, has it expired? An extension of stay based on employment is canceled by immigration.
