bob4you Posted July 24, 2010 Share Posted July 24, 2010 check with Sophon Internet on Pattaya Thai, just West of 3rd road on North side of street. If they have fiber optics cable installed in your area/building it is most reliable in Pattaya. Consistently get 3.5 to 4 on a 4mbs contract, fast service (within 1 hour) when there is a problem. Hadn't heard of them but a search turned up this: This bit makes me hesitant: "takes Sophon out of the running for anyone doing much beyond basic web browsing and eMail. I can't imagine that Torrent would work very well, if at all, since you can't dedicate a forwarded port to your Torrent client" Interesting, I'll have to see...
