I Want To Buy A Blackberry Bold 2

If I understand it correctly, Thailand doesn't have a system where you can get phones much cheaper when taking on a service contract. Where would i be able to get the best deal if I would want to buy a new BB bold 2? I'd prefer a shop in Pattaya but Bangkok would also be an option.

I am a new user and would need a new phone number and service contract too.

Don't look for a best deal. You can go to MBK and get it cheap, I'm sure, but it will be a pile of crap, probably $ade in Pantip.

Advice: get it directly from AIS or Dtac. I bought my Bold 9000 from AIS Siam Paragon 1 1/2 ago. 0 problems. If you like the big screen, get the 9000. It's the best anyway. I thinks it's 18,000 through AIS. 12,000 at MBk. Go figure.

Yes they do. AIS is 650 THB/M for unlimited, DTac and True similar price range.

Don't go to UAE or Saudi Arabia, though. They block some services of Blackberry because they cannot spy on it. Wonder when our Thai MICT will take up this idea.
