July 26, 201015 yr Even though I am still married I would like to prepare a Divorce Agreement (the marriage is defacto dead, but the mind of my wife is like Bowie's song 'Wild is the wind' - no one knows if and when the divorce will materialize). So, basically, better safe than sorry. I will have to type it myself, but in the end it will be a simplified version (in a less 'formal' language) of this check list. Where should I turn and what do you think the price pr. page will be (the document will be signed by four witnesses and - if possible - one out of seven signed copies deposited at the amphur of divorce). Thanks. ph Edit: I forgot to say that it is supposed to be translated from English to Thai. Edited July 26, 201015 yr by philo
July 29, 201015 yr This guy did a pre nuptial in English and Thai for me. He has a Thai lawyer that he works with which helped my wife. I'm sure all will work out like it's supposed to philo if you just stay on the beam. Looks like you're doing the next indicated thing.
