July 27, 201016 yr If you hosted a dinner party ..which members would be around your table, and why? Iono..lets say about 10 people..? I'll have a think about who id choose and post a bit later.
July 27, 201016 yr You would actually be one of those at the top of my list, eek. You've always been rational without being sucky. Kan win would be another as would Blinky Bill and Ulysses. Most of the gang in Bedlam would be on my list because most seem to enjoy a good laugh and like to tease each other.
July 27, 201016 yr Are banned members allowed as well? Need to have a think, but there are some interesting characters.
July 27, 201016 yr Author Dont see why not Mr Toad! Mr Happy Toilet member (lol!!) -- Thanks Ian. -- Im still thinking my list over!
July 28, 201016 yr Depends a lot on the theme of the evening, eek. Would the mood include a little classic music in the background? Or perhaps Johnny Rotten and the Sex Pistols screaming in your face?
July 28, 201016 yr OK, I'll start the ball rolling, or in this case the "Dinner Party Season" kicks off with an open invitation to MrBojangles MrToad Lite Beer Jockstar Crow Boy Suegha Suiging OldCroc Donna Ping Legag LeungKen....But I'll be in the kitchen half the night I'll get back to you with the menu & featured guest artists later........................

You'll have to rethink your list. For one, 10 is the limit. Secondly, I'm not on it. Which is O.K. as long as I can crash the Dinner Party.
July 28, 201016 yr As the dinner party will be in the Bedlam Canteen, I am sure the will be much crashing in and out........... P.S. eek did say about 10, and as she has the canteen keys we might even be able to open the fridge !
July 28, 201016 yr Canteen keys, eh? My table will consist of: Tippaporn eek Absolutely NO crashing allowed.
July 28, 201016 yr I agree with Blinkey; alot depends on the ambience desired. Of course, I am only going on TV personalities...... I think I would have to have 2 seperate parties because I couldn't have Neverdie and SBK sitting at the same table......I just KNOW ND would spoil change the mood if SBK was there, even though he would CREATE the mood for the party that didn't have SBK. So, ND, Patsy, Pooklook, Poorsucker, Eek, Boo, Suiging, Blinkey and Soundman for a raucous night of banter and fun and loud music. Still fun, but less raucous, and more mellow sounds would be an evening with SBK, Scea, Blinkey (again!), Eek (again! just because I fancy her), Ian, Humphrey, Zpete, Lannarebirth, Naam and Endure. Odd mixtures? I don't know...I reckon they would be interesting nights. A third dinner party, where I cooked with a particular panache and personal touch, and a very special choice of wine and chocolate would include Mig and Eek, and nobody else. (In my dreams!) I will accept all protests that I have the personalities all wrong.....after all, I don't actually know you guys (except Pete).
July 28, 201016 yr My apologies to those I didn't invite.....it's all about the mixture and I had to get 10 for each. Smaller or bigger get-togethers, I would certainly enjoy meeting many Bedlamites.

Or perhaps Johnny Rotten and the Sex Pistols screaming in your face? this travis song/link seems fitting, me thinks! gotta be sbk with the octopus and neverdie the old git, with the tash. July 28, 201016 yr I've been dreaming of decided on an night evening with eek, Patsycat and sbk (with her whip). No blokes, well just me and the girls, soft music, white and red wines for the ladies and just red for me. We could start with fresh oysters and asaparagus soup, followed by rare tenderloin with an Italian salad. For dessert some figs and strawberries with fresh cream. Perhaps a few glasses of Cognac or D.O.M Benedictine and port with our coffee and chocolate mints. All by candle light of course. Whattaya reckon, girls?

I became back-up betrothed to Patsy a long time ago, and I believe I had first dibs on Eek by my admission of fancy.....so back the truck up with your innuendo, buddy! Anyway...... I would out-romantic your menu any day! This thread is begining to sound like it should be merged with Secret Men's Business. Edited July 28, 201016 yr by Harcourt

With gratitude I humbly acknowledge your invitation but I must politely decline. I'm on a cyber hunger strike as my friend Herr Naam has been effectively banned. What idiots some people be. I am going to a Guns n Roses concert on the 16th of September!! Menu looks ok - but i would have an extra 6 oysters instead of the soup. I think EEK is a veggie, and i would also veto the after eights. A bit of cheese would be nice with the port.
July 28, 201016 yr I support world peace and love all the children. So on behalf of the company that sponsors my bikini I except the tiara and nominate Naam as Miss photogenic.
July 28, 201016 yr Steak, egg and chips. Washed down with Stella Artois. The chicks dig it. They would if you supplied real beer. .......like Chimay Edited July 28, 201016 yr by Zpete

July 29, 201016 yr Not sure about the menu. Can I bring a packed lunch instead? Probably tuna sandwiches, although I might opt for corned beef. Come to think of it corned beef sandwiches would go down fantastically with salt and vinegar crisps, and pickled eggs. Do you have any?
July 29, 201016 yr Author My dinner party is a bring and add dinner party. I gots em, if you brings em.
July 30, 201016 yr ..and some from the Bike forum.. There's a Bike forum ??? Or do you mean stinky-wheels, rather than the ecologically excellent pedal type?
