Wife Recently Got Her Green Card. Now We Need To Bring Her Kids To America

Featured Replies

As stated in the topic, my wife recently got her green card and we are now in America.

She wants to bring her kids over here obviously and we want to know the next steps in how to get them their green cards as well..... are they automatically qualified (they are 8 and 10 years old) for the green card since there mother has them?

what should the next steps for her and i be?

thanks!

If Your Family Member is a Permanent Resident

You may be able to get a green card as a family member in a preference category if your family member filed a Form I-130 on your behalf.

Thanks

One more question, where do we need to file the form at? Will her kids need to go talk for the interview?? Or since they are young they pass through quickly?

Thanks!
