Buckeye911
If Your Family Member is a Permanent Resident You may be able to get a green card as a family member in a preference category if your family member filed a Form I-130 on your behalf. http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.eb1d4c2a3e5b9ac89243c6a7543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=4c2515d27cf73210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=4c2515d27cf73210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD This US government website should be of help. drkwtsn
Thanks One more question, where do we need to file the form at? Will her kids need to go talk for the interview?? Or since they are young they pass through quickly? Thanks!
