Tier 4 (General) Student Appendix 8 (Aug 2010)

Featured Replies

I have got a question when completing appendix 8 self-assessment form. Question 5.8 "Are you coming to the UK to study a non english language course". If I answer YES, I have to indicate how i meet the minimum CEFR B1 english langauge requiremnt. But i am doing a bachelor degree course NQF Level 6 which do not require to ensure i am competent in english language. What should i answer for this question?

Have you asked the college? they should be able to help you more

Surely the OISC-registered sponsor of this forum should be in a position to answer this question?

I'm sure the OP can look forward to a response in due course. One that is well-measured and which reflects the nuances of current immigration law and policy. :)

Scouse.

I'm happy to recommend the OP a professional immigration advisor if he wants. Someone who has done more than the online "get it off the back of the cornflakes packet" certification that passes for the 'entry level' OSIC registration that some have.
