I'm in desperate need of a good hair salon that knows how to deal with western hair. I need color, not a cut, so I want a place that knows what they're doing (not as easy to find as you might think). Expensive is ok (don't want to go into debt to do my hair, you know, but I'll pay more than "average" for something good). I just want quality and a staff that speaks English so I can explain what I need. Recommendations?
