Corporate Lawyer (Uk Qualified)

Featured Replies

I am a 29 year old Corporate lawyer (UK qualified) with 5 years experience advising multinational companies on commercial, contractual and risk management matters.

I have been to Thailand on several occasions before and possess a working knowledge of the Thai language. I am now seeking to relocate there on a permanent basis and use my skills in a challenging corporate/commercial role.

Having worked in a busy department of a reputable law firm in England, I have frequently negotiated, analysed and advised on cross-border contracts (including M&A, joint ventures, company takeovers), compliance matters and company documentation. As a result, I possess an excellent knowledge and understanding of the economic, political and cultural complexities of conducting business in the international arena.

I have an outstanding ability to build and strengthen client relationships through effective problem solving, communication and networking skills, and have regularly supervised projects whilst working under pressure and to tight deadlines.

If interested, please PM me for my CV/Resume and further details.

Kind regards,

PerryMason

I think you need to be out knocking on doors and networking to have any chance.

Try some of the big law firms like Tilleke and Gibbins.
