Thumpers

I have always been leery of chest thumpers. There is likely some obscure law out there to the effect:

"The thunder someone creates in thumping his chest varies inversely with the thumper's real charity."

Did we recently witness a case in point? Think back to the long and appropriate thread in which one person helping another asked for information.

Two of Chiang Rai's "finest" wrote extremely negative posts that questioned the good samaritan's honesty and motive. Once the samaritan's sincerity had been verified by third parties, neither detractor would man-up and apologize.

Instead, one made a chest-thumping post about how much he helped out locally.

We have recently read about the second naysayers assertion of how helpful he has been.

Anyway, we're off topic Again. I thought this was going to be a Topic on Engines or something. maybe a nice single pot Gardner or something. Anyway, How was Lunch. I better ask the Question on the relevant Post. And I'm not sure that Negativity doesn't have a place

Thanks for plugging my blog Jubby. How many references is that now…to my mushroom pictures on the blog? As for Ying and Yang, they have been minding their own business and really needn't be dragged into this.
