Patch 1.6 Did Not Fix Connection Problems

Featured Replies

The fact that we can consistently play at normal speeds at the very off hours for Thailand (2am+), despite the fact that these are more prime hours in America, is very strong evidence that the problem is with our internet, not Blizzard's.

Whilst i agree that the bandwidth usage within thailand would have an impact on our latency issues, if it was solely down to that then there wouldnt be people in the US complaining of the same problem.

Also, i do get a playable ping time in the evenings, between 8-12pm i usually get around 600-800ms ping (playable, if your careful)

But siding with you on the CAT issue (CAT isnt helping out plight at all) what can we do to get things improved? Ideas? Thoguhts? Fantasies?
