I suppose or at least hope, that you took a month-use of them.

Get another provider.

I'd use them for one month in a condo along Naklua Road.

Bad connection; max. speed 0.465kbps and the given connection is 1Mb.

I used to pay THB 990 per month.

Now I use 3BB with a 5Mb connection for only THB 631/month

I know it's not easy to get a proper internet-connection in a condo. Much depends on the cooperation of the condo-management.

Beware: 3BB, MaxNet, ToT and all the others will only connect the building to the internet. From that point to your condo is your problem.

Did you get your 3bb in the same area, or did you change locations?

I am thinking about getting a place in Naklua.

Thanks.

I got 3BB in Naklua and last month I moved to Central Pattaya.

3BB moved with me.

Initial installation fee: THB 100 + regular router free (w-lan-router THB 1999)

Moving fee: THB 1605

For the Naklua area, there is a booth on the 2nd floor of Tesco Lotus North Pattaya.

I advise to take a Thai with you if you plan to visit them.

Beware: They offer a so called "Indy package": High speeds up to 20Mb BUT the foreign websites are significantly slower. So if you would like to download loads of movies and music, consider a normal connection at lower speed, but more expensive of try ToT.

I took the Indy 5Mb and it is sufficient for me for e-mails and some easy browsing.

Apparently the problem is solved, back in the business.

I have made tests with 3bb and I have even worse than Kirz... so Kirz is better for me, when it works of course.

But I read that 3BB was down too so I guess it was a problem with the infrastructure, that affected all ISP at the same time.
