Buying 2Hand Bike In Rayong. . .

As many know there was a theft of a lots of Registration Books some years back......

Now iam going to buy a 2hand bike and find this one --------> http://www.mocyc.com...assified=390467

But this beauty has Rayong plates..so iam bit scar of any problem ? . ,

But if i get the name transfer to my name then its okey i guess ? . . ,

Most he take the bike to Pattaya office for the name transfer to my name as my adress is here in Pattaya ? .... or its fixable in Rayong office ? . . ,

Get it transfered in Pattaya before you buy it. That way if it don't go through you don't buy it.
