Rimmer Posted September 18, 2010 Share Posted September 18, 2010 Arms shipment from Ukraine arrives at Military Airport in Sattahip SATTAHIP: -- Under very tight security, an arms shipment was received at the Utapao Military Airport on Friday Afternoon from Ukraine. Under tight reporting restrictions, we were permitted to film the exchange which resembled something out of a Hollywood movie. The Ilyushin Il-76 aircraft landed in the center of the tarmac and moments later two Armored Vehicles purchased by the Ministry of Defense were rolled off the back of the aircraft and handed over to defense officials. Two (only but...two...?) armoured vehicules - ordered so many years ago and abouth which everything has already been said - can hardly be called an "arms shipment"!
