Am in the process of separating from my wife, and have a quick question. We were married in the UK (never got married in Thailand but we now live in Bkk).

We've had an agreement drawn up by lawyers that covers the financial arrangements, and we're both happy with it. There are no children so it's relatively straightforward. My question is, would such an agreement also be legally binding in the UK? The agreement states this is a worldwide settlement and no further action can be taken by either party anywhere, so I'm guessing it's ok, but would be interested to hear any opinion. Thanks
