Company Registration

Featured Replies

Hi All

Was just thinking can one register a thai co ltd using a Virtual Office address as its registered thai address for the company ? If yes any recommendation on the virtual office ? If no any solution ?

Thanks

I doubt very much that this is possible since a company has to have a physical location here in Thailand. It can be any place like condominium, Apartment or rented house but the location has to be evidenced by the house registration papers.

There are many ads in the papers that offer virtual serviced offices but I'm not sure if they actually would allow you to register a company at their location.

There are quite a number of companies that offer this service , as usual ranging from expensive down.

Be aware that nowdays Revenue can visit at very short notice to make sure the company is where it is supposed to be and the people who are on the books are there. I have had such visits twice now , one in Bangkok in a temporary office in the Regus serviced offices in Wireless Road and once again in Samut Prakan ( different Revenue office )
