Happy Air

Hi

Whatever the situation with Happy Air I would avoid using them.

They advertised a new route Buriram to BKK and showed a scheduled service. I duly booked and paid via the internet only to be told a week or so later that they had canceled the route before even the first flight.

It then took about 3 months for the money to be reimbursed and then only after many many phone calls from the UK, emails and ultimately threats.

It was not an awful lot of money but they can take it in a nano second, why is it so difficult to refund it?

Don't answer that, I think I know why! :ph34r:
