Savannakhet Thai Consulate

It's 5 years since I last went to the Savannakhet Thai Consulate Office and believe it's changed location a few times. If anyone's been recently, can you please give me directions and/or if the bus takes you directly there....

I cant help with exact location but it is right on the river all tuk tuk drivers know where it is and its by a big telecom mast/pole I think its the telephone providers main office there and outside the Consulate are photocopy shops always a lot of people outside so easy to spot.
