If you follow the standard RTGS transcription system - the one used by the government and *most* highway signage, then it should be: สวนป้าผาด 7 หมู่ 11 ต.บางปลากด อ.องครักษ์ จ.นครนายก 26120 7 Mu 11 T. (Tambon - precinct) Bang Pla Kot, A. (Amphoe - district) Ong Khrak, J. (Jangwat = province) Nakhon Nayok 26120 or Suan Pa Phat 7 Mu 11, Bang Pla Kot Ong Khrak Nakhon Nayok 26120 There are at least another dozen ways to transcribe the address, maybe more.
