How To Divorce Thai Hubby..If I Cannot Find Him!

Featured Replies

how can i divorce my Thai husband[married at Nan Amphur in 2005] ,havent seen, been able to find him since 2006,his family are no help, and he just doesnt want to be found.

anyone know how i can get a divorce???

thanks

Easiest would be if he can be found, as you then can divorce with mutual consent at the amphur in 20 minutes. Since he can't be found, you will have to go to court. That means you can only divorce on the grounds mentioned in the law. In your case it will be abandonment as reason.

You prove yourself to be a very wise owl again and again.

I concur, madam.

Bribe someone needy in the family.

He could be found quickly.

Not joking either.

When they see British Pound, many doors will open.

Best of luck and everything.

There are so many good Thai men around and you had to find a rotten apple.

A very saddening experience, ma'am.

please let us know how this turns out. It would be great to have a case study on the matter for future posters with the same problem. Its all speculation until someone can tesify to the facts.
