Mario2008 Posted September 23, 2010 Share Posted September 23, 2010 Easiest would be if he can be found, as you then can divorce with mutual consent at the amphur in 20 minutes. Since he can't be found, you will have to go to court. That means you can only divorce on the grounds mentioned in the law. In your case it will be abandonment as reason. He could be found quickly. Not joking either. When they see British Pound, many doors will open. Best of luck and everything.
