September 26, 201015 yr On another recent thread about Win7 a reply said: >only optimization i do is for my ssd besides that nothing else for Win7 Can someone explain what optimization is needed for SSD drives? September 26, 201015 yr I downloaded the Intel SSD toolbox, it was of no real use as it basically said my SSD was good to go, although it did tell me turn off superfetch.
September 26, 201015 yr dont really need the toolbox if ur using Win7. toolbox is mainly for XP users who don't have the TRIM feature enabled so they have to manually TRIM
