September 28, 201015 yr There's one in Pattaya, well NaJomtien to be exact, on the beach near The Ambassador Hotel, follow the signs to The View Restaurant and it's there.
September 28, 201015 yr Starboards in Bangna - They make their own windsurfs, I'm not sure what equipment they actually have though. They are located at the Bung Taco lake, near Bang Phli, where there is a wakeboard cable park. Research in that direction may prove fruitful.....

Has probably 100+ kites there. Does parasailing and kite boarding also...and has a shop to buy some stuff. It's just before you get to the ambassador...can't miss the big red sign!
September 29, 201015 yr In Phuket there is a good shop located between Chalong circle and Chalong pier run by a cool and friendly American called Rick. He also has his own sail-making loft upstairs.
