Late Night Teleconferencing

I will be defending my PhD thesis in the next few months, and my advisor is open to doing it online, as he is back in North America. Unfortunately, the internet connection at my university is intermittent at best. I need a reliable connection, with good sound, for Skype or Elluminate or something like that. The committee members participating will be 11 hours and 13 hours behind us, so I'll be communicating in the late evening or early morning here. Does anyone have a suggestion for a business centre, or maybe even a hotel, where I can do this? Thanks.
