lovelomsak Posted October 8, 2010 Share Posted October 8, 2010 Maybe legal not sure check with the person holding the green book to see if they will accept the new bike driver as the new person to pay the debt. I wouldnot do it without the individual who is in possession of the green book know who will have the bike. Both kids could have got their bikes on credit. They then switch bikes without letting the loan person know. They then stop payments when loan person comes to repossess the kid says you cannot take this bike it isnot the one you have the green book for. Loan person has greenbook but cannot find the bike.
